We find the the opinions of our customers very important. It allows us to improve our products and services. Through our review policy we try to be transparent about how we handle reviews. The reviews on our site are collected by Kiyoh (customer tell) and checked for authenticity. All reviews collected are from someone who has made a purchase from us. If this is not the case, for example because products or services were provided free of charge or there was a paid collaboration, this will be clear from the review. We do everything we can to prevent fake reviews by checking whether this person is known to us and request proof of purchase if we do not know the reviewer. We will remove fake reviews.
