How nice you want to order a bouquet from Fleurop. To place an order, complete the following steps:
Step 1: shopping cart
Choose the desired bouquet and add a beautiful greeting card and possibly a gift item such as a matching vase or sweets in the form of bonbons or chocolate. Then place the items in your shopping cart.
Step 2: data
Enter the details of the person you want the bouquet to be delivered to. Then enter your own personal details and choose the delivery date.
Step 3: pay
Choose your payment method at the checkout. We only show you the payment methods that are relevant to you. Do you have a flower voucher or other gift card? You can redeem it here. Do you pay with iDeal? Don't forget to click on 'Complete payment' after your payment. After this you can view the confirmation of your order. All amounts mentioned in our shop include VAT.
I want to place a business order

Our florists do their utmost every day to deliver all orders between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Due to crowds or weather conditions, delivery may sometimes take place after 6:00 PM.
If the recipient is not at home, we will try to deliver the bouquet to the neighbors or the florist will leave a note.
If you place your order before 14:00 hrs on Monday-Friday, the bouquet will be delivered later that day. On Saturdays same day deliveries will be made for orders placed before 12:00 hrs. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
You can select your preferred bouquet delivery date. Our florists deliver 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday (but not on public holidays).
A €6.95 charge covers nationwide bouquet delivery in person.
The bouquets depicted on the webshop are medium-sized. The value of the bouquet always reflects your order choice. This means that the value of the flowers in the bouquet match the order value.
Needless to say, flowers are a natural product and are always arranged with meticulous care by a Fleurop florist. This makes each and every bouquet unique, and means the bouquet may deviate slightly from the photo.
Wat vervelend dat je een klacht hebt. Onze klantenservice staat graag voor je klaar om samen tot een oplossing te komen. Neem hiervoor contact met ons op via het contactformulier. Wij reageren binnen 14 dagen.
Heb je een klacht over een geleverd boeket? Stuur ons dan binnen 7 dagen na de bezorging van het boeket een e-mail via [email protected] met het ordernummer en 3 foto's van het geleverde boeket zonder verpakking (bovenzijde, zijkant en zichtbare onderkant van de stelen). Zonder de gevraagde foto's kunnen wij de klacht niet in behandeling nemen.
Although we offer the flexibility to choose a delivery date, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Our florists plan the route as efficiently and sustainably as possible. As a result, we have no insight into the exact route. We hope for your understanding and assure you that your bouquet is on its way to make someone happy!
