How do I place a funeral bouquet order?

Funeral arrangements and bouquets can be ordered at Fleurop.nl.   

When you place a funeral order we require extra information to ensure delivery at the right time and to the right location. This is why for orders for delivery at a funeral directors we ask for both the delivery date and burial date.

Can I send a gift too?

You can add a product from the Fleurop Gift Shop to each bouquet. There is ample choice between teddy bears, Fleurop chocolate and bonbons, vases and a range of beverages. We also offer a number of bouquet & gift combinations.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change a bouquet or a €3.50 'Own Design' greeting card. If you wish to make changes to a €1.50 greeting card, this will incur a €1.50 charge. 

You can only change or cancel an order if the bouquet hasn't already been despatched to the recipient. 

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact Customer Services. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:00 hrs and on Saturdays until 12:30 hrs on +31 (0)318- 588 100 (no hidden charges).

Can I order a bridal bouquet?

We do not have bridal bouquets/arrangements at Fleurop.nl, but you'll find plenty of inspiration though. 

The bridal bouquet and arrangement are key wedding components. As such, bridal bouquets are arranged following a one-on-one chat with the florist. So, it isn't possible to order these via the webshop.

How do I order at Fleurop.nl?

How nice you want to order a bouquet from Fleurop. To place an order, complete the following steps:

Step 1: shopping cart

Choose the desired bouquet and add a beautiful greeting card and possibly a gift item such as a matching vase or sweets in the form of bonbons or chocolate. Then place the items in your shopping cart.

Step 2: data

Enter the details of the person you want the bouquet to be delivered to. Then enter your own personal details and choose the delivery date.

Step 3: pay

Choose your payment method at the checkout. We only show you the payment methods that are relevant to you. Do you have a flower voucher or other gift card? You can redeem it here. Do you pay with iDeal? Don't forget to click on 'Complete payment' after your payment. After this you can view the confirmation of your order. All amounts mentioned in our shop include VAT.

Is there an alcohol check when ordering/delivering alcohol?

At Fleurop we believe it is important that alcohol is handled responsibly. Fleurop therefore does not sell alcoholic beverages to young people under the age of 18. When ordering a bouquet including alcoholic drinks, a check takes place at the checkout and it is agreed that both the orderer and the recipient are 18 years or older. An age check also takes place upon delivery of the bouquet.
