The order process step-by-step:
- Select a bouquet
- Add a greeting or photo card with a personal message*.
- Add a gift item, should you wish.
- Enter the recipient's delivery details and select your preferred delivery slot.
- Enter your own details.
- Pay for your order. You can pay by credit card or with iDEAL, PayPal, VVV gift card, on account, with AfterPay or with a Fleurop flower gift card.
- You will receive your order confirmation by email.
- You will also receive delivery confirmation by email, as soon as the bouquet has been delivered.
*If you prefer to remain anonymous, do not put your name on the greeting card. We never divulge the sender's details without their prior consent.
Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change a bouquet or a €3.50 'Own Design' greeting card. If you wish to make changes to a €1.50 greeting card, this will incur a €1.50 charge.
You can only change or cancel an order if the bouquet hasn't already been despatched to the recipient.

Funeral arrangements and bouquets can be ordered at Fleurop.nl.
When you place a funeral order we require extra information to ensure delivery at the right time and to the right location. This is why for orders for delivery at a funeral directors we ask for both the delivery date and burial date.
We do not have bridal bouquets/arrangements at Fleurop.nl, but you'll find plenty of inspiration though.
The bridal bouquet and arrangement are key wedding components. As such, bridal bouquets are arranged following a one-on-one chat with the florist. So, it isn't possible to order these via the webshop.
You can add a product from the Fleurop Gift Shop to each bouquet. There is ample choice between teddy bears, Fleurop Flavours chocolate and bonbons, vases and a range of beverages. We also offer a number of bouquet & gift combinations.
