What is the returns address?

Do you want to return an item to us? If so, please inform us by email. You can send your return using the standard returns form.

Does Fleurop offer a guarantee on its bouquets?

Fleurop guarantees a beautiful bouquet for 7 days, subject to the flowers being properly looked after, of course. Needless to say, flowers are a natural product, so their quality may occasionally disappoint. Please inform us of your complaint within 7 days of receiving the bouquet. In the event of a complaint we kindly request three photos of the delivered bouquet (top, side and stems). 

A statutory guarantee applies to any product you buy from us. This states that a product is, or does, what the consumer can in all reasonableness expect. A factory guarantee is additionally provided with some products. Our guarantee does not affect the statutory guarantee in any way.

How are returns refunded?

If you have returned an item in accordance with the return conditions, you will receive a refund for the item in question. A bouquet is always delivered with our items. For this reason delivery charges are non-refundable. 

Nor will any additional costs resulting from another, non-standard delivery method be refunded. 

Returned items will immediately be refunded at the purchase price, and in any case no later than 14 days of having been notified of your decision to return the item in question. Your refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item. No fee will be charged for refunds. We may withhold a refund until we have received the return products, or until such a time you can prove despatch of the return products, whichever comes first.

Can I send the bouquet back?

Sorry to hear you want to return a product to us. Please find our returns conditions below: 

  • Unfortunately it is not possible to return a bouquet to us/a florist. You see, the cooling off period does not apply to flowers due to their perishability. 
  • A 14 day cooling off period applies to Fleurop flower gift cards, until such a time you redeem it. 
  • Gift items, such as teddy bears, vases, wine, Prosecco and chocolate can be returned however. For this a 14 day return period applies, with no reasons having to be stated. This period commences as soon as the item has been delivered. If you place an order one week prior to the delivery date, the return period commences as soon as the item has been delivered. To this end it applies that 
  • the item must (in as much as possible) still be in its original packaging/be unused. If you have any further questions about this please call Customer Services on +31 (0)318- 588 100 (no hidden charges) or send an email to [email protected]. 
  • You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you no longer want your purchase. After that, you have a further 14 days to actually return the product. Another option is to return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notification, as long as you make your return request clear in the return package. 
  • You are only liable for any decrease in value of the product that arises from product usage that exceeds what is necessary in determining the products' set-up, features or functioning. 
  • Returns are sent at your own expense.

Ik heb een klacht, waar kan ik terecht?

Wat vervelend dat je een klacht hebt. Onze klantenservice staat graag voor je klaar om samen tot een oplossing te komen. Neem hiervoor contact met ons op via het contactformulier. Wij reageren binnen 14 dagen.

Heb je een klacht over een geleverd boeket? Stuur ons dan binnen 7 dagen na de bezorging van het boeket een e-mail via [email protected] met het ordernummer en 3 foto's van het geleverde boeket zonder verpakking (bovenzijde, zijkant en zichtbare onderkant van de stelen). Zonder de gevraagde foto's kunnen wij de klacht niet in behandeling nemen.
